Film Overview:

The World War II Foundation was at Pearl Harbor last week, debuting our new Journey Home to the USS Arizona documentary narrated by Matthew Broderick at both the Pacific Aviation Museum on Ford Island and at the USS Arizona Memorial Theatre. In attendance were USS Arizona and other Pearl Harbor survivors, among others.

It is the 19th film we are donating to American Public Television as part of our non-profit educational mission.

The foundation was represented by founder Tim Gray and new CEO, Major General Drew Davis.

We also spent the anniversary of Pearl Harbor on the USS Arizona Memorial filming the ending to one of our 2018 films: Lifeline: Pearl Harbor’s Unknown Hero, which will be narrated by Gary Sinise.

Photos of the events with the USS Arizona survivors, film premieres and medal ceremony for Pearl Harbor hero Joe George’s family are below.
