NNOA HBCU NROTC / CSPI Honor Graduate Award

Award Criteria

Individual HBCU NROTC units and Coast Guard CSPI Program Manager will determine Honor Graduate selection criteria and submit their most deserving candidate.

**Please submit completed award application at least 4 weeks before Ceremony Date**
