Camp Pendleton/Miramar Chapter

PRESIDENT’S CORNER

Lakyra Pharms, Capt USMC

Welcome to the Camp Pendleton/Miramar Chapter of the NNOA.

PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Welcome to the website for the Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar Chapter of the National Naval Officers’ Association (NNOA).

Our mission is to enhance Sea Service operational readiness by supporting recruiting, professional development, and retention in an effort to achieve
a diverse officer corps that reflects the demographics of our Nation. We achieve this through working alongside local Officer Recruiting and NROTC commands as a source of knowledge and inspiration for the next generation of
officers, providing monthly Professional Military Education events to promote leadership development and awareness in Company Grade Officers, and providing an avenue for professional networking to encourage retention of diverse talent.

NNOA supports ALL Sea Service Officers. I encourage all of you to take advantage of the leadership development and professional networking
opportunities provided to optimize potential and individual performance. Your leadership perspective and expertise are openly welcomed as we continue
to support our sea service and local area surrounding Camp Pendleton and
MCAS Miramar.

Very respectfully,

Captain Lakyra Pharms, USMC
Chapter President
