Camp Pendleton/Miramar Chapter

PRESIDENT’S CORNER

Lakyra Pharms, Capt USMC

Welcome to the Camp Pendleton/Miramar Chapter of the NNOA.

PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

Welcome to the website for the Camp Pendleton and Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Miramar Chapter of the National Naval Officers’ Association.

Our mission is to enhance Sea Service operational readiness by supporting recruiting, professional development, and retention in an effort to achieve a diverse officer corps that reflects the demographics of our Nation.

Despite the enduring challenges of 2021, our chapter continues to provide professional development and mentorship opportunities to optimize potential and individual performance. As COVID-19 restrictions subside, community involvement and in-person Professional Military Education will become more prevalent. In the meantime, continuous planning for the chapter’s future has become the main effort.

Your leadership perspective and expertise are openly welcomed as we continue to support our sea service and local area surrounding Camp Pendleton and MCAS Miramar.

Very respectfully,

Lakyra Pharms, Capt USMC
Chapter President
