Greetings! Welcome to the information center for the National Naval Officer Association’s (NNOA) 51st Annual Professional Development and Leadership Training Symposium. This year’s theme is “NNOA: Developing Tomorrow’s Leaders Through Mentorship & Professional Development.” Senior officials throughout the sea services, retired and active duty, join forces to provide mentorship, deliver professional development training, and engage in career development sessions for junior officers. Junior officers seeking to advance in their careers won’t miss the opportunity to network with and learn from these sea service and business professionals.
We anticipate over 300 officers, government civilians, veterans, spouses, and sponsors to attend our numerous leadership and mentoring sessions at the Naval Air Station North Island Club Catering and Conference Center in San Diego, CA from 31 July through 4 August.
For your awareness, this is a dynamic information site that will be updated periodically as our agenda and extensive list of guest speakers solidify. Please feel free to explore our portal and then register to experience our Symposium as a participant, mentor, and/or sponsor.
We look forward to seeing you there, because we are stronger together!
