AMENDMENT FOR CONSIDERATION

Remove the Far Eastern Regional Vice President position from the officers of the NNOA Board (NNOA Corporation) – Currently, the Articles of Incorporation lists four regional Vice Presidents as members of the NNOA Board of Directors/ Officers of the NNOA Corporation. The Far Eastern Regional Vice President position is one of the four and in recent history has only had one active Chapter in his or her region- the Okinawa Chapter. There is no incumbent in the Far Eastern Regional Vice President position.
